SSC exams certain posts results released
Known popularly amidst the people as SSC, Staff Selection Commission is an organization that gives job opportunities to people for a lot of posts in the different ministries and departments, pertaining to the Government of India, and in their subordinate offices. SSC has recently notified the selection list of candidates for the post of Draughtsman Grade-I, Scientific Assistant-I, Scientific Assistant Grade-II and Investigator (Language). When applying for the job, one needs to be very careful. They need to fill in the preferences in the application form correctly. If they have failed to do so, even if they get higher marks, they would get a lower job. Reading thoroughly and applying is very important, because one cannot change their preferences after clicking on the job preference. Only the candidates who have got a cut-off necessary for joining the job would be allowed to get into their post, after a final personal interview. It is mandatory for everyone to clear the written exam and personal interview in order to get the job. If the candidate is in the last semester of the exam also, they must not apply. Only candidates who have completed graduation must apply for this particular examination.
The syllabus does not change every year, though there would be minor tweaks here and there. The sections that the students would be required to answer are general awareness or general knowledge, mathematics or quantitative aptitude, English grammar, vocabulary and comprehension, and last but not the least, reasoning and general intelligence. The Tier 1 written exam consists of one paper that equals 200 marks, with a separation of 50 marks each for all the four sections mentioned. In the Tier 2 exam, the written multiple choice question would consist of a mathematics and English paper for everyone. For people who have applied for the post of statistics invigilator or compiler would be required to write the statistics paper.
