India is one of the countries where bank jobs are given much more importance than private jobs. There are a lot of reasons for people to do so. In this line, the State Bank of India or SBI, which is a multinational banking and financial services company, has announced its results for the clerk exam held. SBI is the largest bank in terms of assets and is a regional banking mammoth, which has about 20 percent of market shares in deposits and loans among the commercial banks in India. Based on the result, the candidates would be called for a personal interview. The personal interview would begin from 8th of December, 2014 at various centers across the nation.

Interview call letters are available for the download from the official website of State Bank of India. The candidates would be called for interview, with the result performance in their written exam. However, the final selection would be made from the combined marks of the written exam and interview. SBI holds the right to set the cut off marks for the personal interview as well as the final selection. The candidates who are shortlisted are advised to attend the interview with the documents listed in the original and its copies. The copies are 10th standard mark sheet in support of the local language, that is Hindi. An age proof, be it 10th class certificate or school leaving certificate and the like. The mark sheets from SSC, Intermediate, graduation, post graduation if any. For OBC, SC, ST candidates, the caste certificate must be given. The resume copy, one original, and three photocopies with photos pasted on each of it. There must be a no objection certificate from the present employer if in job already. An original photo ID proof with a Xerox copy is mandatory.

For the interview, the candidate must have inter-personal skills, and good communication techniques. They must be confident to crack and answer any type of question that is put forward to them. They must dress up well, and be on time for the interview, which would be a bit of positive traits for them. Being stress-free and giving the preparation a hard work is a must for clearing the interview.
