SBI Associate Bank PO Phase-2 Selection Process to Begin Today:

State Bank of India is one of the largest banks in the country. Recently the SBI Recruitment board announced vacancies for the recruitment of 2,886 Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies at various SBI Associate banks across the country. Phase 2 selection process for the same is scheduled to commence from today that is February 16. Phase 1 written examination was organized in the November Month. The written examination was carried out for 250 marks (200 objective question and 50 descriptive questions in the test)

Phase 2 is comprises of Group Discussion and Personal Interview round. GD is carried out for 20 marks and the personal interview round is conducted for 30 marks. The call letter for GD and Interview and bio-data is already released.

Out of the total candidates shortlisted for phase 2 Interview process, 415 seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) Category, 533 Seats are for Scheduled Tribes(ST) Category, 743 are booked for candidates belonging to backward classes(OBC) Category and 1,295 seats are allotted for general category candidates.

Marks secured by the candidates in the written examination out of 250 marks will be converted to out of 75 and marks scored in Group Discussion and interview out of 50 Marks will be converted to out of 25. The Final Merit list is arrived after aggregating the converted marks of written test and group discussion and personal interview out of 100 for each category.
