Bank of India Applications are invited for post of Managing Director and Secretary of Managing Director for a period of 2 years. The position will be on contract basis.

Details of Vacancies:

Managing Director will be applied on contractual basis for a period of 2 years. The age limit for the post will be 62 years as on 1st November, 2014. In addition to the position of Managing Director, the post of Secretary will also be filled on contractual basis for a period of 2 years. The age of person applying for the post of Secretary can also be 62 years, as on 1st November, 2014.

Pay Scale for the Position:

The pay scale for both these posts is negotiable and can vary as per the experience and qualification of the candidates. However, the candidates are advised to mention their last drawn CTC and expected CTC.

Education Qualifications for the above posts:

Those who desire to apply for the post of Managing Director should be at least graduate. Those who wish to apply for the position of Secretary (contractual position) should have passed 10+2 and should have passed secretarial course.

Process for Selection:

Those who wish to apply for the two positions will have to appear for Group Discussion and will have to face two tier interview systems.

Process for Applying:

Those who wish to apply for the posts should send their CV and a copy of school leaving certificate as a proof of their age to the bank authorities. The same should be send by email on the address boimb@bankofindia.co.in . The application should be send on or before 27th December, 2014.

However, the candidates should note that the positions are purely contractual and in no case the candidates can claim permanent employment in the Bank.

Location of the Posts:

Both the positions are for Mumbai Office only and the selected candidates will have to report for duty here.

Experience for the Posts:

Those who seek to apply for the post of Managing Director should be at least serving or retired official not less that than of Deputy General Manager Scale. The person should have a minimum of 25 years experience in financial sector and that too preferably in Banking.

Those who seek to apply for the post of Secretary should have a minimum of 15 to 20 years experience as a secretary to a senior executive in the banking sector.
