Applications from Indian citizens are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow – JRF in Department of Atomic Energy. The vacancy is for the research project titled “The Role of secreted antigen Rv0009 of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in modulating signalling in macrophages”. The Project In charge for the same is Professor Joyoti Basu from Department of Chemistry.

Qualification for the Post:

Those who desire to apply for the project need to have M.Sc degree in Life Science/BE/B.Tech/B.Vsc./ B.Pharma with NET or GATE Qualification.

Nature of Position:


Duration of the Project:

Three (3) years.

Fellowship for the Position:

The candidate will be provided Rs 16,000/- pm and admissible HRA along with medical benefits.

Age Limit for the Post:

The candidate who desire to apply for the position should be either or below 28 years in age. The age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/women candidates as per the rules of the Institute.
