An Overview of World Wide Brands
There are already a lot of detailed and long Worldwide Brands reviews already published online, so this will be just an overview of the popular and well established directory and it's alternatives.
Worldwide Brands is the original directory of certified wholesalers and drop shippers. Founded in 1999 by Chris Malta, it was the first in a series of businesses that realised they could make money by selling the contact details to legitimate suppliers online.
Today it's not only the longest established directory, but the largest in terms of the number of products on offer. Worldwide Brands has more than 16 million wholesale products from about 8,000 certified suppliers – including wholesalers, drop shippers and manufacturers.
There are alternatives too though – such as Salehoo, which is smaller but cheaper, and Doba which is a fully integrated service for getting goods drop shipped directly to your customers.
Worldwide Brands costs $249 to join, which is expensive, so although it's probably the best value for money in the long term, make sure you take into consideration the alternatives before joining. Both Doba and Salehoo start off being cheaper, and sites like Ali Express and DHGate are free to join and use – although only Worldwide Brands guarantees both scale and reliability, and that's why it costs a lot to join.
